Marcus and Millichap has successfully sold a Pizza Hut located at 112 Perry Highway, Harmony, Pennsylvania. The property consists of approximately 3,050 square feet of building space and sits on approximately 0.57 acres of land.

Upon the close of escrow, Aurora Huts, Limited Liability Company, will enter into new, 20-year triple-net (NNN) lease. Investors will benefit from two percent annual rental increases that commence in year six of the lease and carry through the four, five-year tenant renewal options.

Aurora Huts, Limited Liability Company was found in March, 2007, when Aurora Huts acquired 53 Pittsburgh-area Pizza Hut locations from Pizza Hut’s corporate parent, which had been operating the restaurants for more than 20 years. Jerry Buss is the President and Managing Member of Aurora Huts, Limited Liability Company, which has 57 units located in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Designated Market Area (DMA).
